What is your check in and check out times?
• Check Out: 11:00AM all sites and accommodations
• Check In: RVs 1:00PM
• Check In: Cabins, Teepees, Tents 3:00PM
• Please no early check-ins!

What kind of RV is allowed?
All RVs must be RVIA certified! RV’s more than 10 years old must be approved in advance by management. All RVs are subject to review and approval by management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV age, appearance, and condition. Please send pictures to missoula@koa.com. No School Bus or Conversions Allowed. Staying in Horse Trailers or Cargo Trailers is not Allowed.

What are your RV site requirements?
If you are towing anything we need to know in advance. Please no rugs on the grass of your site. Tents are not allowed on our RV sites. Automatic Sprinklers on sites midnight to 5:00 AM you may want to cover or take items inside at night. Maximum Stay 28 days unless preapproved for a long-term site. Please call our registration staff for more information and options. 1-800-562-5366

Can you handle our long RV & tow vehicle?
Yes- we have many long pull-through sites with room for your slide-outs and awnings.  We can accommodate rigs up to 45 feet plus tow. If we are not informed of tows the reserved site just might not work and another site long enough to accommodate might not be available. When reserving online there is a section for special request you can describe your tow vehicle there.

Can I have a campfire?
Open campfires are permitted only at designated fire rings. All sites at Missoula KOA have fire rings. Deluxe Cabins, and Teepee sites also have a gas BBQ grill. You can also use our Community Campfire Area at Elmer’s Park if you want a group campfire. We do sell firewood. More information on campfires Click Here

What are your tent site requirements?
A tent is Required. Sleeping in vehicle is not allowed. No tow vehicles at tent sites. Exception: Premium Tent Sites can be used as an alternative to small RV Site for Pickup Campers, Sprinter Vans, Tear Drop Trailers, and Pop-Up Tent Trailers. 2 Pet Maximum in cabins. Limit one vehicle per tent site. Limit 6 people per tent site. Maximum stay on all tent sites is 7 days.

What are your Accommodation/Lodging requirements?
Teepees, Deluxe Cabins & Camping Cabins: CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY. NO DEBIT CARDS ALLOWED. This means if you used a card that says debit on it to make your reservation, at check in we will require you to pay with a credit card. We will refund your debit card and process your credit card for the payment. We can only accept credit card for camping cabin payments. We can only accept a credit card from the person who is named on the reservation.

What are your Accommodations/Lodging With Linens requirements?
At the time a reservation is made for our Teepees and Deluxe Cabins a Damage Fee of $150.00 will be charged as well as the reservation deposit (first night’s stay). The damage fee will be refunded if the accommodation is left in good order, within 3 days of your departure. A 2-day minimum stay is required May, June, July, August, and September. No pets in lodging with linens. No Smoking. Tow vehicles are not allowed at lodging sites. Tents are not permitted. 7 day maximum stay policy for lodging.

What are your Accommodations/Lodging Without Linens requirements?
No smoking. 2 Pet Maximum in cabins. Room for 1 vehicle only. No room for extra vehicles. No Tow vehicles at cabins. No tents at cabin sites. 7-day maximum stay policy for cabin rentals. Note: Winter months NOT AVAILABLE Mid October through April.

Can we bring our pets to your campground?
Yes of course! For you dog lovers, dogs must be kept on a leash (6’ or less). We have 3 dog walks for your convenience, one of them a Kamp K9. Please be so kind and clean up after them.  All we ask is that you are courteous to our other guests, and we thank you in advance for this!! KOA Pet Policy Click Here

Can I stay longer than my reservation?
We will do our best to accommodate your requests! You may have to move to a different site if reservations are scheduled for the site, you are on. We do book up daily in the summer so please plan ahead!

Can I check my email?
FREE Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) Service is available throughout the campground.

Do I have to make a reservation to stay at your campground?
We do suggest you make a reservation, so you get the hookups and amenities you desire. We do accept walk-ins but during June, July, and August our campground is the busiest and you could be disappointed. You should make a reservation for Teepees, Deluxe Cabins, or Camping Cabins! Yes we do have a monthly rate on select sites. These sites fill up fast.  Please call 1-800-562-5366 for information on our rates. Some restrictions apply for long term sites.
